We love celebrating both team and individual accomplishments and do so formally, every quarter at our APAC-wide Aspire Awards. Our quarterly Aspire Awards give all employees the chance to recognise their leaders and colleagues for exceptional performance and demonstrate our values through their work. Winners of our Aspire Awards also go on to participate in an annual funded trip and awards ceremony – The Pinnacle Awards.
